Undergo Individual, Family, and Marriage Therapy Online
Our goal is to work together to achieve your goals, specializing in the following areas:
Marriage Counseling
When there are problems or stress in a marriage, a couple will benefit from having the interactions monitored by a therapist. Sometimes as the couple interacts in the session, baggage or traditions that are brought into the marriage can be looked at, and compromises can be made, which lead to different results that may bring harmony to the marriage. Marriage counseling offers accountability when change is needed, role-playing, and practicing of different techniques that may be needed.
Marriage counseling for one – Is there hope for your marriage? Marriage counseling is ideal when there are two individuals working on the issues. But what about the spouse who wants to work on problems when the partner isn’t involved. It is possible to improve your marriage all by yourself. Yes, it is. What an interesting concept.
Communication – Skills can be built to learn to communicate feelings in a nonconfrontive and appropriate way. Learn to listen and be able to connect with others. Most of us just want to be heard and understood.
Emotionally abandoned – When a person lives with a spouse and still feels alone. A person assumes he or she was never worthy in the first place. Or the person places all his or her happiness in the relationship with the spouse. Many of us marry in order to connect with someone and end up feeling isolated and alone. Learn how to start where you are and add healthy outside activities that will bring more satisfaction to your union.

Individual Counseling
A person may benefit from processing a situation or problem with a trained professional who can guide or direct the person to answers that correlate with their personal ethics, morals, and values. As a person grows up, they are inundated with thinking and traditions of others that may end up being faulty and need to be adjusted to line up with their own goals.
Individual counseling gives a venue for the person to express and process their thoughts in a safe setting. Many times this is done with friends and family members that cannot handle it and somehow tend to make the situation worse.
In individual therapy, the client will learn to identify problems in their life, determine what changes may be necessary, and set goals that will enable them to work toward the solution. The therapist will be able to help set these goals and establish some accountability for the client.
Family Counseling
When an individual is struggling, it may be beneficial to bring the family into the session to help see how the family system works.
As the family interacts in session, baggage, traditions, or faulty behavior can be identified. Compromises can be made, and changes can happen to bring peace and harmony back to the family.
Grief and Trauma Counseling
The healing path for individuals includes grieving, and that it is a process to go through.
A person may grieve significant loss without having lost a loved one: loss of a job, relationships, hopes and dreams, health, and youth, to name a few. As we heal emotionally, we gain a new perspective. We can learn that the glass is half full instead of half empty.
Self-Esteem Issues
We live in a Barbie Doll worldview, especially with social media input today. We may have grown up with the idea that we have to be physically “perfect,” a perfection that is unattainable and unrealistic. You feel somehow not as valuable as everybody else.
Self-esteem refers to an inner sense of worthiness that gives a person resilience and resistance to discouragement or criticism. Your self-esteem is in trouble when you allow others to determine your value or significance. Poor self-esteem is often the result of prolonged periods of negative feedback in a person’s life, resulting in deep wounds and pain.
Negative thought patterns cause negative self-esteem. Change your negative thinking to positive, and you will stop what causes negative self-esteem. Begin to learn new thought patterns. God created you, and He has a plan for your life. Find out what that is
